3 anaconda 配置

anaconda 安装的时候没有选择添加到环境变量，所以windows自带的cmd无法运行python命令，需要添加如下的3个变量，如果第三个没有添加，pip的时候会报ssl 模块无法找到的如下错误。

pip运行报错
